Planning/Products

- Stick with your existing floor plan, if possible try not to
move walls.
- Work with existing mechanicals, if possible as some building
codes and safety issues may dictate otherwise.

upon your skill level

- Do the project in stages.

- Take advantage of promotional financing offers, but always
remember to pay the balance in time to avoid interest fees.
- Shop around for the best rate on a loan/line of credit
- Consider bartering services with a friend or relative who is
